Terms and conditions

​​Godwin Equestrian is a small, solely run business that endeavours to provide clients with a high standard of service. Given the high costs associated with an equestrian business and labour-intensive nature of such business strict Terms and Conditions and a Cancellation Policy have been implemented.

All students with an allocated term spot (private lessons and Saddle Club) are to be paid for up front and in full at the beginning of each term. Payment plan options are available at Godwin Equestrian’s discretion.

All one-off lessons are to be paid in full 48 hours prior to the lesson.

​

All bookings are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy.

​

Failure to cancel more than 48 hours prior to the booking time will result in a full fee being charged.

​

Cancellations done more than 48 hours in advance will be credited over and rescheduled for a later date.

​

Request to reschedule a lesson must be done 48 hours in advance.

​

No refund will be given for clients who fail to show up for their lesson.

​

Cancellation due to weather by Godwin Equestrian will result in the rescheduling/ crediting of lesson.

​

For one off lessons cancelled due to weather a full refund will be given if the lesson cannot be rescheduled.

​

Late arrivals to lessons will still have their lesson finish at the allocated finish time.  

​

Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds, credits or lesson extensions.

​

Godwin Equestrian encourages clients to familiarise themselves with the Terms and Conditions and Cancelation Policy.

Godwin Equestrian reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation policy at any time.
